Lunas is small town located in Kedah..When you mentioned Lunas, you will think of the famous roast duck rice..It's just like when you think of Klang, you think of Bak Kut Teh..

Last Friday, my cousin, Mei Yi, came to visit me in Kulim..so I brought her to Lunas for duck rice - Tan Kee Roast Duck Rice, Lunas 鲁乃烧鸭粥专卖店 ..a restaurant that occupied 3 shoplots. Hence, it is very spacious and cooling inside the restaurant. It has been a while since I went to Tan Kee for duck rice..We ordered one half roast plum sauce duck (酸梅鸭) for RM15 and one bowl of "chai boi" (酸辣大菜焖鸭肉)..the skin of the duck was crispy and the meat was tender..the meal for two came to RM25..The restaurant also serves porridge with egg, tofu, duck liver and vegetable..
