Ingredients
90g margarine / butter
30g icing sugar
125g self raising flour
Chopped nuts / Chocolate chips / Almond flakes
Methods
1. Preheat oven to 170 degree celcius.
2. Mix butter and sugar and beat well with the electric mixer. (I used a spatula)
3. Add in flour and mix well.
4. Pipe into desired shapes on baking trays. Sprinkle with nuts / chips / almond flakes as desired.
5. Bake for 10-15mins.
6. When cool, coat with melted choclate, dust with icing sugar or pipe chocolate linings.
Makes 70 cookies.
