The first time I baked green tea swiss roll with red bean fillings (about a month ago), it wasn't successful..So I decided to re-bake and the taste was much better this round.
Please refer here for the recipe (additional ingredients would be 15g green tea powder) and methods..you can always play around with the fillings..
